Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://www.bellasloanacademy.com/ website (the "Service") operated by Bella Sloan Academy ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Purchases:
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
The Service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
While we strive to adhere to this timeline, unforeseen circumstances or delays outside our control, such as third-party processing times, may affect the completion date. Bella Sloan Academy cannot guarantee results within the specified period, but ensures diligent efforts to meet this timeframe. This policy ensures the commitment of resources and time necessary to perform the service.
Masterminds, Challenges, Webinars, and Live Experiences Policy
Participation in any Bella Sloan Academy mastermind sessions, challenges, workshops, intensives, webinars, live classes, virtual events, or similar group-based or live educational experiences is strictly non-refundable. All sales related to these offerings are final.
Refunds, credits, partial refunds, or chargebacks will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with content, perceived value, lack of results, failure to execute, personal scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties on the Client’s end, or claims that the program did not meet expectations, preferences, or likeness.
The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that outcomes are dependent on individual effort, implementation, decision-making, and external factors beyond the control of Bella Sloan Academy. Refunds will not be issued based on execution, non-execution, subjective interpretation, or perceived similarity or dissimilarity to other programs, marketing materials, or expectations.
Any concerns, disputes, or requests for review related to masterminds, challenges, webinars, or live experiences must be submitted in writing to support@bellasloanacademy.com. All communications must be clear, professional, and submitted within a reasonable timeframe. Submission of a concern does not guarantee any resolution, accommodation, or remedy.
All such matters shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of the Bella Sloan Academy Management Team. Bella Sloan Academy reserves the exclusive right to determine whether any action will be taken, including but not limited to denial of requests, provision of alternative resources, or other discretionary resolutions. No verbal statements, informal communications, or third-party representations shall modify this policy.
By enrolling in or attending any Bella Sloan Academy mastermind, challenge, webinar, or live experience, the Client affirms their understanding and acceptance that these offerings are final sale, non-refundable, and governed entirely by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Payment Processor, Financing, and Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Bella Sloan Academy utilizes third-party payment processors and financing platforms, including but not limited to Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, and other financial institutions, to facilitate payments. The Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments processed through any third-party platform are governed by these Terms and Conditions, regardless of the processor used.
The Client understands that selecting a payment plan, installment option, or third-party financing does not alter the non-refundable nature of Bella Sloan Academy products and services. Bella Sloan Academy does not control approval decisions, terms, or disputes initiated through third-party processors and bears no responsibility for the Client’s obligations to such platforms.
Any attempt to dispute, reverse, or charge back a payment through a third-party processor constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Bella Sloan Academy reserves the right to submit this Agreement, proof of access, attendance records, digital delivery logs, and communication records to any payment processor or financial institution as evidence of the Client’s knowing and voluntary acceptance of these terms.
Approval or denial of a dispute by a payment processor does not invalidate or override the Client’s contractual obligations under this Agreement.
No Guarantee of Results; Educational Purpose Only
The Client acknowledges that all Bella Sloan Academy offerings, including but not limited to mentorship, masterminds, challenges, webinars, courses, resources, and live experiences, are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Bella Sloan Academy makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific financial outcomes, business success, credit results, funding approvals, income levels, or performance improvements. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or illustrative scenarios shared are not promises of results and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes.
Results vary based on individual effort, background, experience, market conditions, execution, and factors outside Bella Sloan Academy's control. The Client agrees that lack of results, delayed results, or outcomes different from expectations do not constitute grounds for a refund, partial refund, credit, or dispute.
Marketing Materials, Perception, and Likeness Disclaimer
Marketing materials, promotional language, testimonials, program names, descriptions, and visual representations are for illustrative and informational purposes only. Variations in delivery, format, instructors, schedules, platforms, and content may occur without notice.
Refunds or disputes will not be granted based on subjective interpretation, perceived likeness to other programs, comparisons to competitors, expectations formed from marketing content, or assumptions made prior to enrollment. Affirm that clients have conducted their own due diligence and are enrolling voluntarily with full understanding that Bella Sloan Academy programs require personal responsibility, initiative, and execution.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mis-priced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service. We, therefore, reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
To ensure timely processing, clients must provide accurate and complete documentation as requested. Failure to supply the necessary information promptly may result in delays or the inability to deliver the service. It is the client's responsibility to verify and confirm all details submitted during the process. Bella Sloan Academy is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete submissions by the client.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bella Sloan Academy. Bella Sloan Academy has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Bella Sloan Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
Termination:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Bella Sloan Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
SMS Opt-IN:
You have express written consent before sending promotional messages to any consumer. This consent may be delivered in several ways, such as asking all consumers to opt-in by texting a keyword to a unique short code or filling out an online form. We are required to be fully transparent with full communication access with always mentioning Bella Sloan Academy. The standard messaging and text rates may apply. All Consumers have the ability to opt-out at any time. To opt back in you can reply START or confirm your decision by emailing support@bellasloanacademy.com
If you purchase an Individual Plan, you are a Premium Organizer, which gives you access to premium features, such as: Delivering SMS messages to carriers that are blocked for free users, and Delivering messages with extended length.
Refunds:
No refunds are available for mentorship classes, live or digital courses, or any educational materials. Subscription cancellations take effect immediately, with no prorated refunds for the remaining billing period.
Subscriptions:
Client's have the right to cancel any subscription at any time, at the point of request to cancel all services, digital products or appointments will be canceled immediately. There are no options for prorated funds should the client cancel during the month of subscription.
